We are preparing for our 2024 Summer Community Hymn Sing! A date in August is being finalized; check back later. 

Our work behind the scenes includes renting or purchasing all the supplies that pull the event together. 

Examples include the following.

• Renting chairs for seating
• Printed media to distribute
• Advertising across radio, TV, etc
• Bottled drinks and ice
• Handwashing stations for the public
• Porta-jons to accommodate a large attendance
• Table covers for food area
• Table service (plates, silverware, etc) for meal
• Food at cost for provided meal (Pork, buns, barbecue sauce, sides)
